I started Sustii because the people delivering the transition were being hired through the same generic process as everyone else. The market had changed. The way it found its leaders had not. Fewer searches, done properly, at the level where they matter most. That is the whole idea.

Camilla founded Sustii after more than a decade in recruitment, specialising in talent acquisition, workforce planning and strategic sourcing. She built the practice around a single belief: the leaders delivering the transition deserve a search partner who understands their market as well as they do.
Her own background is in technology recruitment, which is where Sustii's technology practice comes from. Today she works across energy transition, climate risk and reporting, clean technology, impact investment, data & AI and engineering, with clients from listed corporates to private equity-backed platforms in Europe, the US and the UK. Every search at Sustii starts and ends with her.
The network
Sustii is deliberately small. What makes it work is the network behind it: operators, investors, advisers and former candidates across three regions who pick up the phone because of how the last conversation went.
We would rather know two hundred people well than twenty thousand people by email address.
