Who we are

Sustii Ltd is an executive search practice registered in England and Wales under company number 15841205. For this notice, Sustii Ltd is the controller of your personal information. You can contact us about anything in it at Camilla@sustiigroup.com or on +44 (0) 20 3821 6579.

What we collect

• When you contact us. Your name, email address, organisation, sector and anything you choose to write in your message.
• When you subscribe. Your email address and, if you give it, your role.
• When you book a call. The details you enter into our Calendly booking page, such as your name, email and the time you choose.
• If you are a candidate. Your career history, CV, current and expected remuneration, notice period, references and our notes from conversations with you. We collect these from you directly, from public professional profiles such as LinkedIn, and occasionally from people who recommend you.
• If you are a client. Business contact details for the people we work with, and information about the roles we are asked to fill.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

• To reply to you and run searches. This is in our legitimate interests as a search firm, and in yours as someone who contacted us or may want to hear about a role.
• To introduce you to a client. We only share a candidate's details with a client after we have discussed the specific opportunity with them and they have agreed.
• To perform our contracts with clients and with interim placements.
• To send our newsletter. Only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by replying to any issue or writing to us.
• To meet legal obligations, including right-to-work, tax and record-keeping requirements.

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling to make decisions about you.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted providers to run the practice. They act on our instructions and may not use your information for their own purposes.

• Vercel, which hosts this website and stores enquiries sent through it, in its London data centre.
• Resend, which delivers website enquiries to our inbox.
• Microsoft 365, for email and documents.
• Calendly, for booking calls.
• Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces on this site and receives your IP address when the page loads.

Beyond these, we share candidate information with clients only as described above, and with professional advisers or authorities where the law requires it. We never sell personal information.

International transfers

We work across Europe, the US and the UK, and some of our providers store data outside the UK. Where that happens we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement and equivalent safeguards.

How long we keep it

• General enquiries: up to two years after our last contact.
• Candidate records: while they remain relevant to our work, reviewed at least every two years. We will contact you before keeping them longer.
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
• Client and placement records: six years, to meet accounting and legal requirements.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive a copy to take elsewhere. Write to Camilla@sustiigroup.com and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
